Marius Barbu

Marius Barbu is active on the Romanian retail real estate market since 2008 and for more than 8 years he is part of NEPI Rockcastle, the leading owner and operator of shopping centers in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), with presence in nine countries.
From this position, Asset Director for Eastern Europe (Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria and Croatia), he currently leads the development and implementation of efficient operational asset management strategies ensuring an excellent mixt of tenants in more than 26 shopping centers from the group’s portfolio. Moreover, he also coordinates the strategic projects implemented by the Property Management, Leasing, Media Sales, Marketing, PR and CSR teams.
