Ina leads the MedLife Group's communication team. With 13 years of experience in journalism and communication, she has coordinated a series of brand communication, media relations, internal communication, crisis communication and CSR projects in industries such as IT&C, retail, real estate, consumer products and pharma. She specialized in health communication, being, in the last 7 years, directly responsible for the development and implementation of the internal and external communication strategy of the largest group of companies in the private medical services market - MedLife.
Advocates for approaching communication projects from an integrated business perspective that offers creative insights that changes perceptions, builds and maintains the brand's reputation.
She created and coordinated campaigns that won prestigious awards: PR Awards, Webstock, CSR Awards and Internetics and won the special prize from the jury: "Best use of technology" and "PR innovator of the year" for "First Live 360 VR brain surgery in Romania”.
She has a degree in journalism, a master's degree in public relations and advertising and the CIM (The Chartered Institute of Marketing) Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing. She believes in the power of PR to help brands do good. She supports social initiatives and is convinced that Romania has made an important leap in recent years in this direction in the true sense of the word, from philanthropy to sustainability projects, with a direct impact on the community, health or environment.
