Marco has worked in the advertising business for 25 years. He started off at McCann Milan, then moved to Leo Burnett and Lowe. In 2000, he moved to Brazil, where he worked at Lowe for 3 years. Then came Young and Rubicam, where he worked in the Milan and in the Los Angeles office. He then became European Creative Director for Alfa Romeo, and one year later joined McCann Milan again, this time as Executive Creative Director.
He made yet another move to the Moscow office of McCann. After moving to Young & Rubicam and helping it to become the most awarded Russian agency at Cannes for two consecutive years, he became global creative director for Barilla.
He then joined Google as Creative Lead for Russia and part of the EMEA Creative Lab.
He contributed to win the first 2 Cannes Lions ever for the Russian Google office and just recently joined the London Creative Lab.
