As Vice President South East Europe, Elena is leading out of Bucharest a cluster of 10 markets, serving around 60 mil consumers.
Elena joined P&G in 1996, and over the following years she has operated in diverse organizations leading multiple FMCG categories and business units across markets and regions. Throughout her career she has worked for some of the company’s leadership brands, being responsible for brand building and expansion in several markets. One of her latest outstanding achievements was the “digital lab” for P&G brand building created in Israel. Benefitting from the country’s advanced digital ecosystem, Elena developed innovative partnerships with Google, Facebook, and selected emerging ad tech companies, and piloted breakthrough communication campaigns.
She is a promoter of creativity and innovation for the benefit of consumers and she strongly believes that brands must inform, educate and lead causes thus being a force for good and a force for growth. Elena graduated from the Moscow State University of Printing Arts, holding a BA in Journalism and Publishing.
